There is no drug you can take to undo the drug addiction to meth. So basically you need rehab. Rehab holds the one real thing that you need, and that is separation from the drug. At rehab you can't get meth, and you aren't around people who will give you meth. And they have medications there which can help with some of the worst part of withdrawal so you don't suffer as badly physically. Then they offer you psychological support so that you can learn what you can do differently to stay away from it. It gives you time, space, and tools to use through your life. I suggest against rehabs that are heavily into the 12 step process, but even that works for some. Rehab, look into it.
