Question: When you withdrawal from opiates do you get constant diarrhea?

Withdrawal highly depends on the medication itself and the amount taken. It does not always cause diarrhea, but it can, because opiates are constipating. depending on your usage habits, it can be no withdrawal symptoms at all to severe symptoms, (dope sick) which can include chills, insomnia, vomiting, and diarrhea. many medicines can be prescribed to alleviate these. i have just come off of heavy doses of opiates regularly, and i am managing with help from melatonin (over-the-counter sleep aid that promotes healthy sleep and is produced naturally in the brain as well) and clonidine, which works as a sleep aid, and also smoothes out the other symptoms. once it is all the way out of your system you should feel much better.

Yes you do and you are likly to start vomiting you should be weened off them slowly and gradually you will experience hot and cold flushes not sleeping properly

Withdrawal's differ from drug to drug/ or whatever is taken. Constant diarreah is a sympton,and needs careful attention as it could leave you Highly Dehydrated among other things. Visit your doctor who will be able to prescribe special hydrating salts/ minerals,that your body desperately needs.
